The Venetian

This is our gourmet frankfurter take on a slice of Italy, we hope you love it as much as we do. This recipe uses a sweet brioche bun, loaded with cool salsa, mozzarella and pepperoni, finished with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle of Parmesan.

  1. Choose it…We suggest a sweet brioche finger roll, top sliced.
  2. Fill it… Add overlapping red onion rings down each side, then place shallow fried pepperoni discs on top of the onions and then drop in your 90% pork frankfurter. Cushion each side with mozzarella cheese.
  3. Top it… Go straight down the line with cool salsa to finish.
